Overview
Our seamless carbon steel pipe range is manufactured without a weld seam, making it ideal for applications where structural integrity under high pressure and temperature is paramount. Seamless pipes deliver consistent wall thickness and superior mechanical properties compared to welded alternatives, making them the preferred choice for critical service lines in the Oil & Gas and petrochemical industries.
- Size Range (CS): ½” to 24″
- Wall Thickness: Schedule 20 to Schedule XXS
- Specifications: API5L Grade B, API5L X-42
- Size Range (LTCS): ½” to 16″ in S-40, S-80 & S-160
- LTCS Specification: SA 333 Grade 6
- Additional Range: ½” to 6″ in S-40 & S-80 to SA 106 Grade B
We also offer value-added services on our seamless pipes including cutting to required length, electro polishing, sand blasting, mirror finish polishing (#4 and #8), and beveling at pipe ends for welding preparation. These services reduce handling time at your fabrication yard and allow pipe to arrive job-ready.

We supply full material test certificates (EN 10204 3.1) with every order and support third-party inspection by client-nominated inspection agencies. Our stock is stored in covered warehousing to maintain surface condition and avoid contamination prior to dispatch. We offer hydrostatic testing and non-destructive testing (NDT) services on request.
